When jumping on a Farmland you are pushed when it turns into Dirt

Summary:

When you jump on Farmland until it turns into Dirt, you are pushed off the block.

Steps to reproduce:

1- Get the Farmland block from the Creative Mode menu.

2- Place this block on the ground.

3- Jump on him until he becomes Dirt.

Observed results:

You will notice that the Player will be pushed off the block when he transforms into Dirt.

Expected results:

The player should not be pushed from the block after this same block turns into Dirt.
