[MCPE-167861] Unable to enchant pumpkin head with curse biding and vanishing enchantment

Issue : Unable to enchant pumpkin head with curse biding and vanishing enchantment.
Expected Results : Able to enchant pumpkin head with curse biding and vanishing enchantment.

Reproduce Issues :
1.Be in creative.
2.Get a full amount of carved pumpkin.
3.Try to enchant it with curse of biding and vanishing enchantments.
4.As you can see the carved pumpkin won't be enchanted.

I could not reproduce the issue by enchanting via command and anvil. Can you attach any media of the issue?
