I was playing multiplayer with a friend and suddenly I couldn't connect to that world. When I try to join, it says "Could not connect to world". The version is 1.19.63 same as your friend. I tried various things such as reinstalling the launcher and re-adding friends, but I can't solve it. I also checked the windows firewall settings and they were fine.
However,my friend can connect to my world.
