Using External Applications/other Keybinds that utilize Control B while in Fullscreen/without Fullscreen in Minecraft Preview can Break the Game or cause Editor Mode to not Display without Deleting the Game

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

Step 1: Install Minecraft Preview, you can delete the preview as it resets the key binds for text to speech or if you use another application that is a recording tool, or an external application key bind is set to control b use it or open the application.

Step 2: Create any world enable all experiments and then cheats and set game mode to survival, or creative for this to break Game mode is not the issue.

Step 3: Press control b repetitively 

Step 4: Switch Game modes, and Leave World then repeat.

Step 5: Delete the game and exit the application using control b as a key bind.

Documented Result: after exiting editor mode which doesn't even display broke my ability to utilize tools, even if you reset the tools or restart the game the tools or even switch game modes tools and items are still useless, and it is a global issue, across the entire game, it will break every world that you have, unless you delete the game, though. 

Expected Result: Editor mode would display, when other applications have the key, but don't activate because I am in Fullscreen in the game and should prioritize the key bind in the Minecraft Preview game and allow me to utilize tools without having to delete the game. 

Behaviors Reproduced: Broken Respawn Screen, unable to utilize tools across all worlds, whether you delete them or create a new, or if you leave the game.
