Now that I can open and play MCPE(thank you for telling me to delete the resource pack file), whenever I open up the chat screen it goes blank, and I have to re-load the world to restore the game, granted I cannot play with commands for now. Running Dell Venue8 3840

Please try disabling view bobbing in the video settings. Sometimes you also need to quit and restart the world. This is a temporary fix. This can also be caused by being hurt by a guardian while the keyboard is open in chat. In that case, a quit and restart world seems to fix the issue too. Comment back if this does or does not fix your problem.
