MCPE 0.15.7 crashes on launch after leaving beta testing

I am unable to open MCPE anymore.

Device Information:
Device(s):
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 (3rd Generation)
Android Version(s):
Android 4.4.3

I am unable to test any more devices--as the rest are deployed for beta testing.

@unknown update2: please try removing the resource_packs folder and deleting options.txt. If that doesn't work, try a clean reinstall as below.

  3. delete the com.mojang folder

  4. reinstall MCPE

Same on Tab A SM-T350 but steps to fix work.

All you have to do is delete the com.mojang folder and open the app again. Make sure to backup your Minecraft worlds. No uninstalling of the game needed.

Delete all file data on /games/com.mojang/minecratpe

not to need to backup world,simple way.
