I cant close my minecraft so if I want to close my minecraft I have to do esc plz fix thank you taking your time to read this.

I've had this problem too. Sometimes pressing Esc doesn't bring up the menu in order to exit the game. Sometimes you have to press Esc multiple times in order for the menu to show up. This is when using mouse and keyboard.

Please identify what type of device you are using. Is this a win10 tablet with touch and no keyboard/mouse, a PC, etc.
I presume you are running the game fullscreen?
Can you explain what menu you are in when you are trying to close the game
And finally, if you have a keyboard attached, have you tried ALT+F4 to close the game?
