Can't download back-up or download world from settings in Realms

I am very dissapointed, in the trial everything was working good till I was needed to pay for realms, now it doesn't work any feature...

1. I was trying to add Worlds to realms, and received many times the error that many people is facing... Still anyone can fix it... and I was like... ok, they will fix it one day maybe nothing to worry about... till I can play and back-up my world...

2. Now I am facing problems with the back-up download that in the trial was working, but after I paid it's making my realms backup useless... so I can't even download a World that I am playing

3. Even in the game settings menu when I press "Download World" it's appearing "An error ocurred" I saw a fix in the forum by trying from the computer, and received same error...

4. If I restore one back-up, the plugins priority and position it's changing and I am losing time re-arranging them... even If I restore a back-up in the realm, still can't download the World or the back-up...

So for all of this headache, I will want a refund of the realm subscription, what's the benefit of having Realms? Having skins? I don't get it... 

Hope developers will fix everything in a future, till then I am not interested anymore to own a Realm subscription...
