[MCPE-168245] Cherry Leaves prevent trees from growing

Steps to reproduce:

Place a cherry leave block on top of any kind of sapling and bonemeal it.

Expected results:

The tree grows and the leave block disappears just like any other leave block in the game.

Observed results:

The tree does not grow as if the leave block acts like a solid block.
