When entering or just looking a specific chunk. my game goes to unplayable frames. My friend hosts the world, and I did try and run it on my computer and it was the same.

No, no entities, no nothing. And I'm running an RTX 3050. It was fine with my GTX 1050 ti, which is significantly less powerful if it wasn't obvious.

Does MCPE-137537 describe your issue? I.e., are there a lot of chests in that chunk?
