At newest version of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, if the runtime identifier of Ender Dragon is being used on any other entity, it disappears after 64 blocks, while the Ender Dragon doesn't.
It might be an a issue for the add-on creators.

lots of add-ons started to use the runtime identifier for that exact reason. now that is removed it broke the main functionability for the entities made for it. reverting it would be the best option
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: for now, it's not intended for custom mobs to render outside of the usual render distance.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

Sure. You're saying for now, but I honestly think that it would stay like that forever. Everyone was happy when the runtime identifier was fixed. We could use it on the different entities and see them further than 64 blocks. But now, you changed it for some reason and said "it work properly now". Minecraft: Bedrock Edition modding community is very small but can be creative. Modding in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is already complicated, but yet developers making alot of people sad. Just make at least this runtime identifier work as the before. It could open at least some more possibilities to add-on creators. I can't understand why developers making such a things to disappoint people.
I apologise for my not perfect English, but I wanted to share my opinion about this.
I'll just say that I'm not the only one who want this to change. So, please, if Minecraft: Bedrock Edition developers reading this, change this. Players of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition gonna appreciate it.
This needs to be fixed because it is a problem for add-on creators who want to have large entities always render from a distance
