World Reset

I updated to the 1.19.70 Version of Minecraft and tried to load a world that I have spent a couple weeks working on in survival and it completely refreshed the world to scratch as if it was before I started playing it. It was still there and complete as of the 13th of March 2023. I just want my progress back. It didn't say the file was corrupt but when I tried to load into it for the first time today it did say trouble loading world. Naturally I just tried again and then it loaded me into the world reset. In the picture below I have a copy of the world from well before which is still barely any progress compared to what was already accomplished in the main one. Either way the copy still shows some of what I had already done even as a fraction. Please, if possible, I would like my world restored to right before the update. The Manifest file I attached is from my db file the last time I logged in before the update.
