Freezes at 66% when opening minecraft

After the last update to 19.19.70 yesterday evening using the usual user where I have always played until then where I also have the account to play online, when I try to enter minecraft on the initial page of loading the game it freezes at 66% , while if I use the other users of the nintendo it works correctly. I deleted the software, all data in the cloud and the game and reinstalled everything from scratch by downloading and installing minecraft again but it continues to do the same, to enter I have to use another nintendo user and consequently create a new account to go on- line.
