Villagers do not unlock any trades after level 1.
Steps:
Survival World
find village
locate villager
trade with them enough to fill trade XP bar and upgrade them to level 2
See how XP bar does not fill up past live 1
Expected: Villagers level 2 trades to unlock

okay, I can't reproduce this now with a fresh 1.19.80.21 world. the world I experienced this in was created in the previous preview release. sorry!
