My skin(s) do not load in the game. The prompt "that's not a skin, silly" always pops up. The skin(s) in question are 64x64 and .png.

I use a custom PNG skin myself, but I cannot reproduce the problem in 1.19.71.
PNG files contain more than just the pixels, they have other information that isn't visible in a thumbnail or video. It may be that your PNG file isn't formatted as the game requires, which can happen if the software you used to create it wasn't designed to produce Minecraft skin files for Bedrock.
Please attach the skin file to this report so we can try it ourselves. That will tell us whether the problem is with your file or the game. Also, please tell us what software you used to create the file.
