Using /locate structure stronghold only finds strongholds near spawn
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new world
Turn on cheats
Teleport 1000000 blocks from spawn in any location
Use /locate structure stronghold to locate the nearest stronghold.
Expected results - a stronghold will be located within 10,000 blocks of the player's current position.
Actual results - the only strongholds located are within a few thousand blocks from spawn.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Strongholds do not generate that far away from spawn.

This happen to me if your 10000+ away from spawn, it won't locate the stronghold/s if your to far away. Even in the release of 1.19.71.
