[MCPE-168874] I can join my friends game on bedrock but they can't join me.

I can join my friends game on bedrock but they can't join me. we've been trying to play in my world for over a week and we can't seem to get it to work. I need help to figure this out so I can have fun agian. I don't know why this is happining?
