Texture corruption

The texture on my survival world has been corrupted when I didn't add a texture pack to the game at all and it's really corrupted real bad to the point where it's like I don't want anything to do with that world. I can't even function straight let alone deal with these corrupted textures of different blocks when they're not the exact blocks that I tend to look at and I did not add a texture pack in this world ever it was a straight-up normal vanilla texture pack.
