Issue
When playing in Creative mode, sometimes I can't exit flying by double tapping the jump button if I'm directly touching a solid block above me, and I have to move away from the block until there's air above me or destroy the block to exit flying. Sometimes it happens all the time and sometimes it doesn't. It seems to stop after closing and reopening the world you're playing on and then after a while it starts happening again.
Reproduction
You can reproduce this by:
Going into Creative mode
Enter flying
Fly up into a solid block above you (place one if you need to)
Try to exit flying, sometimes it won't let you unless there's air above you.

Can confirm for reported version (1.19.71).
Added video.
Note: The bug is difficult to reproduce, it wasn't happening. But after trying for 10 minutes with different blocks, when I placed bedrock, it worked and started to work systematically. However, on the next try, it took me another 10 minutes to get it to work again. I have a hard time understanding the source of the issue.
