it appears that there is an issue with a certain command which I hope gets solved quickly, when trying to set a vary certain block using a data value, it will send a syntax- I googled it just to make sure you didn't change for fun but uaing data value is clearly still your intention.
PLEASE WORK ON FIXING THIS BUG IT'S GOING TO GET ANNOYING FROM WHAT I CAN ALRIGHTY TELL 😭

You need block states for concrete. Look up the block states for concrete on the minecraft wiki and then put it in quotes.
