[MCPE-169006] Falling Through Dirt When Jumping On Hoed

Whenever you jump on hoed dirt, to turn it back into a normal dirt block, I always fall through the block, this has been happening for a while, so I'm surprised to see no other reports on this
Which is obviously frustrating when being attacked or trying to clear a large farm

(It's been happening for a few updates, so I wasn't sure which version to use, but it's still happening on the latest PS5 update version
