Editing sign in angle/side will edit back instead of the front

Summary

Editing to Signs from side or an angle will edits to back that instead of front edit just like MC-261224

Step to reproduce

1. Take any signs 

2. place 2 blocks

3. place any signs and then write on front for start

4. move player at an angle or side in the front

5. interact and edit the signs

Observed result

❌ The sign can edit to back in side/angled

Expected behaviour

Editing from angled/side should be edit at front instead of back
