[MCPE-169173] Can't Disable Fly Mode When Player Is Underneath a Block

Step to reproduce:

Make a celling above
double space bar to fly up to under the celling
try to double space bar again to exit fly mode

The issue is that i cant exit fly mode when there is a block underneath the player. this also applies to non full blocks such as fence, trapdoor etc. I hava to go down a bit and space bar again to exit fly mode. this should not be happening since java edition didnt have that issue
