My son is trying to access his characters that we’ve already bought for him. The skins will not show & the edit button is completely greyed out. This is only happening on his Nintendo Switch, his PC works fine. Why are we having this issue? Please have this fixed ASAP as we have invested into your game for both platforms.

All you guys are doing is closing our tickets and saying there are other similar tickets with the issue resolved. THEY’RE NOT RESOLVED. Stop sending bots to do your dirty work & please help the community. This bug needs to be fixed.
