Hello, I can't download add-ons to my iPad, the download indicator just freezes at 0%. The add-ons were purchased via Xbox.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-54531, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
You can try clearing the Marketplace cache to see if that helps.
Navigate to Settings > Storage
Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top
Exit Minecraft and restart your device
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
