[MCPE-169526] Animated picture for new UI Menu is inverted

Issue : Animated picture for new UI Menu is inverted.
Expected Results : Animated picture for new UI Menu should not be inverted.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Go to minecraft.
2.The sign in pop up screen menu.
3.As you can see the animated picture is inverted.
