FILL Command Stone Issue

Referring to a Stone Type by number (for example referring to Polished Diorite as 4) no longer works. Stone Type must now be specified by name. For example, fill polished diorite used to be done by: FILL xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx xxx stone 4

This is intentional per the changelog:

Removed support for field "data" in commands /clone, /execute, /fill, /setblock and /testforblock beyond version 1.19.70, eg. /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:wool 1 will only have its equivalent /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:wool ["color":"orange"] supported

Removing ability to type “stone 4” and having to type

stone  [“stone_type”:”diorite_smooth”]  is intentional?? This is a change of removing the ability to type 1 character and forcing the need to type 31 characters to accomplish the same task, and this is intentional??  I submitted this as a bug, something that doesn’t work; and it should be changed.
