Hi, I hate tickets that have 'awaiting response', so I figure I might as well reply to this. The issue has to do with the 'require resource packs to join' option, which works as intended.

That's actually really cool sound design.

Removing ability to type “stone 4” and having to type

stone  [“stone_type”:”diorite_smooth”]  is intentional?? This is a change of removing the ability to type 1 character and forcing the need to type 31 characters to accomplish the same task, and this is intentional??  I submitted this as a bug, something that doesn’t work; and it should be changed.

So what I've found is that if the bug has previously occurred in the world, it can still occur again (see test with drowning 2). Also, the way the player died may affect the bug. However, in each case that it did not work, I also lost contact with the ground upon rejoining, and in each case that it did work, I didn't lose contact.

A good place to start next is using /kill underwater, or /damage to deal mortal drowning damage quicker, both above- and under-water.

Edit: just watched bugdemo. Both hypotheses proven wrong. I don't know why these didn't work.

I think this is due to mangrove trapdoors not having a texture for its internal faces. I don't know how possible this is on Bedrock Edition.

Can you see this on other trapdoors? Like oak or acacia?

Pretty sure you have to long-press. Could always do it this way.

The volume of C418's music is set to 10-20% in sound_definitions.json. This can be edited with a resource pack and I've done this for Windows 10, but I don't think there's any way at all to import resource packs in Switch.

It looks like Otherside isn't assigned as a record (or any category) in sound_definitions.json. Working on a pack to fix it.

Hey, I had this problem in 1.17.40. Both devices (iPad Air 2 running iOS 15.1 and Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series running Windows 10) failed to load character 3, so there was unlikely a problem with an individual device. I deleted the other characters (although I don’t think this step is necessary because a new character was created in slot 1 before character 3 was fixed) and focussed on the problematic character. I selected one of the (free) featured items which brought me to the character creation screen of character 3. Is it possible that the fix mentioned did work for the few individuals who were still having problems but something was not properly refreshed, and forcing the character creator to open applied the fix? Or maybe it was corrupted data on the server side that was replaced by the default data (again by forcing the character creator to open)?

Interesting to look in to.
