[MCPE-145579] otherside Music Disc sound is not controlled by the "Jukebox/Note Blocks" slider

Steps to Reproduce:

Turn down the "Jukebox/Note Blocks" slider in the audio settings, while keeping "Sound" and "Main" up;
Place a jukebox and put in "Lena Raine - otherside";
Remove it and put in any other disc.

Observed Results:
None of the discs can be heard when the "Jukebox/Note Blocks" slider is down, except for Lena Raine - otherside.

Expected Results:
All discs are controlled by the "Jukebox/Note Blocks" slider.

It looks like Otherside isn't assigned as a record (or any category) in sound_definitions.json. Working on a pack to fix it.

Still exists on 1.20.1 and also the same issue happens with "Aaron Cherof - Relic"

Also appears to occur with the 3 new discs added in 1.21.0.24: Creator, Creator (Music Box), and Precipice.
