When i buy any world or addons in Marketplace, and i cancel the downloading progress, the content stack in download bar. Even when i close the game, the download bar still ongoing but there's no progress.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-54531, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
You can try clearing the Marketplace cache to see if that helps.
Navigate to Settings > Storage
Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top
Exit Minecraft and restart your device
