Clouds do not render well on certain devices

On my Samsung A12 phone, the clouds do not seem to render properly, being faded and not that long, even though the render distance is high. The photo with the clouds rendered properly is on a Alcatel Tetra, running Android 8. The Alcatel tetra is vastly less powerful than the Samsung A12, which is the platform which the glitch is on. Both do not have any mods installed, and are bought from the play store.
