Throwable entities disappear after being thrown into unloaded chunks.

This bug began in 1.19.70. Any entities that can be thrown/launched by the player, such as tridents, arrows, TNT, etc. all despawn when launched into unloaded chunks. Before, they would either stay in the air until the chunk was loaded, or would fall instantly and hit some sort of invisible barrier until the chunk loaded, which was fine. This is quite an annoyance as I have lost two max-enchanted tridents due to this, and chunk loading is already slow enough as it is on Bedrock Edition.

Also works with Regular and Blue Wither Skulls.

I cannot reproduce this by throwing tridents and shooting arrows outside of simulation distance. Does MCPE-167769 describe your issue?
