[MCPE-170237] Splitscreen - Intense flashing when loading other player

Whenever another player tries to join via splitscreen multiplayer, there is incredibly intense flashing. In the video clip, the flashing is barely seen. That is due to the lower framerate that the switch captures in. The flashing is about every other frame. So it goes from pitch black to color every other frame.
