I’ve been having this problem for several days now where every time I log into the realm, all mobs do not spawn near my base like there is no zombies, skeletons, spiders and etc., including bees not producing honey and sugarcane and farm animals not growing. Please help fix this, thanks a lot.

No, I’m not using any add-ons or non-default game settings. I’m playing with another player, but this issue occurs when I’m the only player in the game.
Does this happen only when the other player is logged in to the realm with you? Do furnaces work in the area where sugarcane does not grow?
(This sounds a bit like MCPE-147391.)
Do you have a large number of mobs, such cows, sheep, or chickens, near the area where mobs are not spawning? There is a global cap of 200 loaded mobs that will prevent new mobs from spawning in the environment.
Can you try to get a copy of the world, then? It will be difficult to diagnose this further without a copy of the world.
Are you using any add-ons, and if so, which ones (name and creator)?
Does the issue occur if those are removed?
Are you using any non-default game settings, and if so, which ones?
Are there other players in the world? If so, they may be taking up the mob cap, and does the issue occur if you are the only player?
