Minecraft Pocket Edition is experiencing an issue where players on Android 13 and above are unable to place custom skins. When trying to place a custom skin, Minecraft Pocket Edition does not allow it and says "this is not a Minecraft skin". This issue that has been happening only affects Android 13 or higher as users of Android 12 or lower are able to apply the same custom skins.
