Soul Speed effect stays when you fly off of soul sand or soul soil until you land

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a soul soil floor/ Soul sand floor

2. Take a Boots with soul speed enchantments

3. Start to fly a player then go down into soul sand/soil floors

4. Fly the player again to observe the issue

Observed result: The FOV Stays higher remaining after the player fly off from soul soil/sand floors.

Expected behavior: When flying down a player touches down the soul sand/soil then flying off the ground, Would take back to normal the FOV screen.
