[MCPE-170597] Fall damage while sprinting and jumping in Minecraft Bedrock

Randomly getting fall damage while sprinting and jumping on a flat surface. This bug appears while sprinting and jumping on any block in the game.

When you die by this bug, the message that appears is that you died by fall damage.

Steps to reproduce

Create a flat world (or just create a flat surface on a normal world) in survival.
Sprint and jump.
