Some particles created by /particle command appear totally black

Particles like wax particle, note particle and splash spell emitter appear totally black if I put them through /particle command

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Get a command block

  2. Put a syntax command like "/particle minecraft:wax_particle ~ ~1 ~" in the command block

  3. If you want, put the command block in repeat mode, but you would have to disable the commandblockoutput gamerule in false to avoid the lag

  4. Put a lever or button in command block

  5. Press it

Expected results:

The particle should show the color observed in blocks that generate this particles, or allow the player to custom their colors

Obtained results:

The particle appears totally black as we watch in the attached image

The command does not appear to do anything on my end. Are you using any experimental toggles or behavior/resource packs? If yes, which ones?

Experiments doesn't affect or reproduce this error, due I was loaded a world yesterday and I showed this error, today I tried the same process to reproduce this error and I watched the same results, now I tried it without addons and disabled experiments

The command in the description makes the particles appear inside the command block, so they can't be seen unless you switch to Spectator mode. Use this command to make the particles appear above the command block: /particle minecraft:wax_particle ~ ~1 ~

Ok, I updated the command in the description

These particles are designed to use hard-coded functions that give them contextual color mapping. For example, note particles would get their color from the pitch of the note being played. Asking for the /particle command to have additional parameters to specify that data is a feature request.
