[MCPE-170788] Market Place Purchase Wont Download

Purchase of Security Expansion by 4ks Studios wont download. Purchase has been accepted as the number of minecoins is down to 20.

I have noticed that the are a number of other downloads that dont seem to be updated

I have cleared the cache, restarted the app and pc, no change

running version 1.19.0 on windows 11

Does this issue occur after updating to the latest release version (1.93.83 or later)?

Looking at the version number in the game it is currently 1.19.83, app store on windows says its version 1.19.8301.0. Apologies for previously stating the version as 1.19.0.

I have logged in again and still no movement on the download

can I take a copy of the app data folder to retain any history or will I lose all of that?

I got the same problem but on IOS 16
