can I take a copy of the app data folder to retain any history or will I lose all of that?

Looking at the version number in the game it is currently 1.19.83, app store on windows says its version 1.19.8301.0. Apologies for previously stating the version as 1.19.0.   

I have logged in again and still no movement on the download
