the marketplace is not loading anything

Hello, I wanted to talk about a bug that the marketplace is not loading anything, I've tried to do everything, I've formatted the cell phone, I've uninstalled and installed minecraft and it doesn't solve anything, I can't create a skim and I can't do anything because the marketplace doesn't load anything or things that I have from the marketplace, it doesn't load there, I'm not able to use the skims I have and I can't get the world packages I have in the marketplace
