[MCPE-171461] Sleep fade black screen turns completely black

In 1.20 sleep fade black screen turns completely black, even I turn off all resource pack this always happen. Before 1.20, this bug doesn't happen

Steps to Reproduce:

Place bed in your world
Write /time set 14000
Click bed to sleep
Notice it

Observed Results:

The sleep fade black screen completely turn black

Expected Results:

The sleep fade black screen doesn't fully black, as of 1.19.83 and older version

This bug maybe not only affect on iOS, but also on another devices. Unfortunately, I don't know if other devices also happen since I only have full iOS version and demo PC (windows) version

maybe it's intended? It does kinda sell the whole sleeping effect, because in real life, when sleeping you cannot see.

@Makerboi88 It doesn't turn full black in 1.19.83 and which is not consistent in current version
