Summary:
Wandering Trader does not trade Cherry Saplings. Cherry Saplings is simply missing from the wandering_trader_trades.json file. This is a break in parity, as the Wandering Trader can trade Cherry Saplings in Java.

Check their trades for Cherry Saplings.
