[MCPE-171567] NPC name no longer appears all the time

Issue : NPC name no longer appeared.
Expected Results : NPC name should appeared.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Obtain a NPC spawn egg.
2.Spawn the NPC.
3.Put a name to the NPC.

I cannot reproduce this. Please attach a video of the issue.

Sorry about that, I will instead change the report about it to another bug.

The NPC name only appeared if you point the crosshair at the NPC then it will appear.

This is working as intended, see MCPE-154083. Also, please don't create bug reports for issues that you haven't tested yourself.

So sorry about that would not do that again.
