[MCPE-171774] Rain sound system is inconsistent

The rain sound system is inconsistent. In one of the videos the rain sound should be muffled since I'm under a block cover by all sides but it sounds no different if I was outside. In the other video, the rain is muffled yet I'm right next to the rain fall.
