mobs dismount from chest boats

similar to the mobs dismounting from boats, opening a world in 1.20.10 still dismounts mobs in chest boats

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a world in 1.19.83 and put a mob in a chest boat

2. add it to 1.20.10 preview 

3. load it up and see the mobs have dismounted
