Glow Lichen can no longer be placed on the sides of dirt path blocks. Preexisting glow lichen now breaks when nearby blocks are modified. Using a shovel on a grass block with glow lichen causes the glow lichen to break.

Prior to the 14th of June, glow lichen on dirt paths functioned without issue. This being the case, it appears to be an unresolved bug.

I believe that the behavior described in the report is intentional. Glow Lichen, ladders, vines would not be able to be supported by grass paths or farmland, as they require a full block face and these blocks are only 15/16 of that. It also matches Java.
