Volume of Thunder Strikes does not appear to be affected by Y level.
Current Behavior: Volume of Thunder Strikes is at the same level regardless of if you're standing directly next to the strike, or if you're standing in a cave at Y: -59.
Expected Behavior: The lower down in the world you are from the strike, the quieter the volume of the strike should be.
