If a cherry sapling has cherry leaves in 5x5x9 area centered on the sapling, the sapling will not grow when bone meal is poured on the sapling, but it should actually grow!
Observed Result
If there are cherry leaves in the sapling's growth inhibition determination range, all saplings will not be able to grow.
Expected Result
Saplings should be able to grow even if cherry leaves are in the area.
