When the Education Edition toggle and the Recipe Unlocking experimental toggle are enabled together, the recipe unlocking feature and the /recipe command doesn't exist in the world.
Step to Reproduce
1. Create a new world with Education Edition toggle and Recipe Unlocking experimental toggle enabled.
2. Switch to survival mode and give yourself some stuff to craft.
3. Also try the /recipe command.
Expected Result
You can unlock recipe and use /recipe command as normal.
Observed Result
You can't when you're in the toggled Education Edition world.
